  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup malted milk powder

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

  • 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls

Directions

  • Mix the base ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, malted milk powder, and vanilla extract until well combined and sugar has completely dissolved.
  • Churn the ice cream. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually 20-25 minutes.
  • Add the mix-ins. About 2 minutes before churning is complete, add the toffee bits and crushed malted milk balls to the mixture. Continue churning until just incorporated.
  • Freeze until firm. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container with a lid. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
